1. Return Request Window
You may request a return for an eligible product within 7 days of delivery.
A return request submitted after the applicable return period may not be accepted unless required under applicable law.

- Reason for the return
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging where relevant
- Details of any damage, defect, incorrect item, or missing item
Do not send a product to us without receiving return instructions.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Product has manufacturing defect
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Used products
- Minor color/design variations
- Items without original packaging
Refund Process
- Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to original payment method
COD Orders
For COD orders:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping charges may apply
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
