1. Return Request Window

You may request a return for an eligible product within 7 days of delivery.

A return request submitted after the applicable return period may not be accepted unless required under applicable law.

  • Product name
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging where relevant
  • Details of any damage, defect, incorrect item, or missing item

Do not send a product to us without receiving return instructions.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product has manufacturing defect
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used products
  • Minor color/design variations
  • Items without original packaging

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to original payment method

COD Orders

For COD orders:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping charges may apply

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
