This Shipping Policy explains how TruVexa processes and ships customer orders.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and, where applicable, payment verification.

Our normal order processing time is approximately 3–5 business days.

Processing times may be affected by:

  • Supplier or fulfilment delays
  • Address verification
  • Payment verification

Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

TruVexa currently ships to eligible delivery locations within India.

Delivery availability may depend on:

  • Postal PIN code
  • Courier coverage
  • Product type
  • Seller or supplier location
  • Shipping restrictions

We may be unable to deliver certain products to some locations.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout or communicated after order confirmation where available.

Typical delivery may take approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch.

This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Any free shipping offer is subject to the conditions displayed with the offer.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information after the order is dispatched.

6. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

  • Phone number

Contact TruVexa as soon as possible if you notice an address error.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

7. FAILED DELIVERY

A delivery may fail because of:

  • Unavailable recipient
  • Incorrect contact number
  • Customer refusal
  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

If an order is returned to the sender or fulfilment location, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery where legally permitted and appropriately communicated.

8. DAMAGED SHIPPING PACKAGE

If your order arrives visibly damaged, document the condition with clear photos or video.

Contact TruVexa promptly and provide:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Photos of the shipping package
  • Photos or video of the product
  • Description of the issue

We will review the request under our Refund and Return Policy.

9. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Products in the same order may sometimes be shipped separately.

You may receive:

  • Multiple packages
  • Different tracking numbers
  • Deliveries on different dates

You will not be charged additional shipping solely because TruVexa chooses to split fulfilment, unless otherwise clearly agreed.

10. DELIVERY DELAYS

We work with third-party shipping and fulfilment providers.

If your order is delayed, please contact TruVexa with your order number.

We will make reasonable efforts to review the shipment status.
